Refund Policy
At Beautyfair Laboratories Limited, we are committed to maintaining product quality and supporting our distributors and customers. Our return policy is designed to ensure fairness, product integrity and efficient stock management.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
●Products are in good condition (unopened, undamaged and in original packaging)
●Products were purchased directly from Beautyfair Laboratories Ltd
●Valid proof of purchase/invoice is provided.
2. Expiry-Based Returns Policy
To maintain quality standards and avoid expired products in the market, returns are guided by the remaining shelf life:
● Lotions: Returns are accepted up to 6 months before the product’s expiration date
● Creams: Returns are accepted up to 6 months before the product’s expiration date.
Any product with less than 6 months to expire will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
●Expired or near-expiry products (less than 6 months shelf life)
●Opened, used or tampered products.
●Products damaged due to poor handling or storage by the distributor
●Clearance or promotional items (unless otherwise stated).
4. Return Process
●All return requests must be formally communicated and approved by Beautyfair before sending products back
●Approved returns should be properly documented and packaged
●Logistics for return may be subject to company approval
5. Resolution Options
Upon successful verification, returns may be resolved through:
●Product replacement, or
●Credit note for future purchases
(Cash refunds are generally not applicable unless approved by management).
Important Note
Beautyfair reserves the right to inspect and reject any returned product that does not meet the above conditions.
